As someone who’s neurodivergent, I get that not all brains work the same. I bring that lens into therapy, so whatever path we take, it’s going to be specific to what actually helps you feel more YOU.  I genuinely believe in the power of simply showing up and being open.
When I’m not in session, I’m probably walking Town Lake, bingeing British crime shows, deciding (once again) that I do need those Trader Joe’s flowers, or refreshing Facebook Marketplace for the vintage furniture of my dreams.
