Raised on the U.S.–Mexico border, I’ve always lived between worlds, two cultures, two languages, developing a deep appreciation for how identity shapes us. I'm fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years traveling the world recruiting students and later helping them adjust to college life. I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
