I’m a relational therapist with a style that’s honest, attachment-informed, and deeply collaborative. Before all this, I was a nanny for a therapist in NYC- which, yes, was basically a masterclass in attachment theory. That experience, plus years of training and life lived, have shaped how I show up in session: curious, emotionally attuned, and never afraid to get into the mess with you. I also bring in pieces of yoga, birth work, and 25+ years of personal therapy experience (because same). Outside of sessions, you’ll probably find me playing volleyball, eating burgers, or hanging with my dog and my amazing partner.
