I know what it’s like to feel stuck- in toxic patterns, in physical pain, in mental struggles you can’t just “think” your way out of. For me, talk therapy helped some, but it wasn’t until I found somatic work, tuning into my body and nervous system, that things really started to shift. If you’re open to listening to what your body’s been holding onto, I’m here for that. Together, we’ll work with what’s underneath the anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, getting into the real stuff, gently and honestly. I lead with compassion, zero judgment, and a deep respect for your process.
